Hotel Vacancies:  Reservations Clerk – Receptionist – Night Auditor – Maintenance – Housekeeping Supervisor – Room Attendants – on full time basis

Front Office Receptionists & Night Auditors

Duties include: Greeting & checking-in guests, up-selling, handling guest requests, assisting the hotel manager, maintaining a professional appearance of and various other front office duties.

Requisites: 2 years experience in a similar position, fluency in English, Italian and preferably another European language, flexibility, team player, computer literate, customer service oriented.

Working hours have to be flexible and include evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities: Assume full control of room Attendants and ensure high level of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. Prepare cleaning staff rosters, report any maintenance issues, collaborate closely with hotel manager.

Requisites: Experience in a similar position, flexibility, good command of the English language, good leadership skills.

Working hours have to be flexible and include weekends and public holidays.

Maintenance Personnel

Responsibilities: day-to-day maintenance in hotel common areas and guest rooms, plumbing, painting, gypsum, electrical repairs, etc.

Requisites: Experience in a similar position, flexibility, team player.

Reservations Clerk

Duties include: Processing reservations, corresponding with clients, up-selling, checking, liaising with hotel manager.

Requisites: 2 years experience in a similar position, strong computer skills, flexibility, good command of the English language, team player.

Working hours have to be flexible, and these may include evenings, weekends and public holidays during the peak season.
